About Student Screens

SISby handles an exceptional amount of the information needed by your school to manage students.  The basic information about each student is complimented by a number of modules that help you keep track of a student's medical issues, bus routes, as well as international student status. 

main student screen Capture key information about each student, including photo if desired.
student info screen SISby supports highly detailed tracking of student information for a variety of different types of schools.
student medical screen Student medical issues can be tracked and changes are logged within SISby. Medical data can also be surfaced to Edsby.
student permissions and checklists SISby has an extrememly flexible way to track permissions, privelages, and checklists to individual students or groups of students.
student international screen SISby tracks key aspects about international students and features a number of capabilities to handle this group of students.
student financial setup Assign a Primary and Secondary payor for each student and see an up to date balance.
student transportation SISby can handle any number of bus routes to and from school, and keep track of which students go where.
student notes While most notes and observations about students are handled in Edsby, occasionally, administrative notes are needed.
student contacts SISby provides an at-a-glance view of the relationship and levels of access between students and their parents or contacts.
Student Guidance For higher grade students where some courses are optional, SISby has a unique Guidance feature that models a list of possible courses, and allows a Guidance Counselor to help the student choose the right electives.
student classes View or print a timetable for each student that shows the classes they are enrolled in and when they occur.
student programs Once a program with fees has been created, it can be applied to any student, along with customized payment schedules and optional fees.
student account An at-a-glance view of all billable items associated with a student, along with when those items are due to be billed, and an up to date statement of account.
student Reports A growing set of standard reports can all be accessed from this screen, and some reports can include more or less detail as needed.
sudent list You can view students in a list to make it easier to compare common data elements.
